1) RATES: The prices communicated in our lists are indicated in the description. They can vary according to seasons. Before each confirmation of reservation we will confirm the exact price.

1a) our rates include: The delivery of housing according to its description (linen, various maintenance, households)

1b) our rates do not include: The airport transfers (except if included in the service). Various supplements (additional household linen)

2) RESERVATION AND PAYMENT: You chose to pass by maroc-loc, after checking the availability of your renting you will receive within 24 hours by mail your renting agreement. You will have to return it to us duly signed together with a deposit of 30% of the total amount of the renting. The balance will be settled the day of your arrival. Nevertheless, In the event of cancellation which should be 1 month before the date of your stay, we will refund you your deposit less the inherent sundries. In the event of non reception of the deposit, your request will not be taken into account.

2a) Guarantee Deposit: In certain cases a deposit (guarantee) will be requested when signing the contract renting. It will be refunded to you at the end of the renting after inventory of the site except deduction of an amount relative to possible damages. This deposit will be stated in the contract of reservation.

3) ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE DATES: You will inform us of your arrival date and hour, we will receive you directly in the rented site. Do not forget to warn us about any delay as you will lose your rights in refunding after 24 hours without being able to claim it, the owner will be then able to rent the site after this delay. Any stay broken by the customer cannot give place to a refunding. The tenant will have to liberate the site the day of departure before 12.00 am.

3a) Commitment of the owner: The indications relating to the nature of the site are the exact transcription of the information provided by the owner who certifies conform the state of the known site. Maroc-loc cannot in any case be held responsible for the nonconformity of the site. In the present renting, maroc-loc limits itself to a role of intermediary between the two parts, owners (hirers) and tenants; in no case his responsibility can be committed. The Owner (hirer) is the only person in charge for the rented good he ensures that this good meets the standards, according to the conformity in force.

3b) Commitment of the tenant: The tenant must behave like any responsible person; he must respect the customs and habits of the country in which he decides to stay. The owner or the intermediary won’t be held responsible for the non respect of law by the tenant. Any problem made by the tenant, noted by the authorities, will imply a rupture of his stay in the country.

4) DESCRIPTION OF YOUR RENTING: In major part maroc-loc makes sure that the rented good is in conformity with the description made on its website. If in spite of these multiple precautions the rented site does not correspond at the description, maroc-loc could not be held responsible.

5) IN CASE OF CANCELLATION: Any cancellation will have to reach us by email or by fax 30 days before the date of renting, after this time your deposit will be lost and not refunded.

6) IN CASE OF COMPLAINT: You wish to make a complaint on the quality of your renting, you can contact directly maroc-loc on 00 212 (0) 69 29 30 78. We remain your principal interlocutor to attend you as intermediary with the owner.
