TStrong of more than twenty five years of experience in the management of construction and restoration, the brains trust was surrounded of a complete team gathering all the trade associations intervening on a building site, whatever are the sizes, we organized ourselves according to a traditional structure of various cabinets according to the trades and the office of coordination.

Each cabinet is autonomous, so that it does not have any interference in work. This installation enables us to obtain a nearly perfect organization of the building site in order to guarantee a service of very high quality, in the shortest times.

A CONTINUING TRAINING

Our team is made up of many craftsmen; those handle the traditional techniques since many years.

What differentiate them from the other craftsmen - except qualities of their work - it is the continuing training that they receive in aesthetic and in technical terms (improvement of the working hand, training of new techniques).

They carry out periodically, on various projects and in various countries, levelling training courses. Thus, we could reinstate the long time forgotten technique of smoothed cement used formerly in Morocco.

SPECIALISED CABINETS

For each trade we have a specialized team which passes from one building site to the other according to the type of work to realize.

You thus find for example the masons, the painters, the monumental masons, or the gardeners.

For each team we have a coordinator who divides the various people on each building site with a responsible who manages work.

OFFICE OF COORDINATION

The various trades work according to a quite precise calendar with a flow chart set up by the office of coordination managing the various building sites. This technical team gives the files of the various plans and administrative authorisations.
